Berne, Ind.—Quad Properties Inc. has selected Barkley Builders Inc. of Ossian as the general contractor for an 11,400 square-foot, 12-unit new building to Eastview Apartments complex, which is located at 6308 S. 000 Road in Berne.
The new building will expand the complex to a total of 104 apartments, with completion of the new units expected to occur this winter.
